Institutional Research
The mission of the Office of Institutional Research (OIR) is to create a culture of evidence within Southside Virginia Community College. This culture includes conducting regular and meaningful evaluations of all programs and initiatives and making the results available for administrators, faculty, and other stakeholders for the purpose of effective institutional planning. This process is ongoing and is designed to assist the institution in completing its mission and to ensure student success.
