Fortnightly Club Establishes Scholarship

Mary Jane Elkins, Executive Director of the Southside Virginia Community College Foundation accepts a contribution from members of the Fortnightly Club to establish a scholarship that will be given to a student/students enrolled in the College’s Practical Nursing program at the Estes Community Center. Recipients will be residents of Mecklenburg County.
