Phi Theta Kappa Sponsors 5K Fundraiser for St. Jude

Southside Virginia Community College's Phi Theta Kappa Honor society is sponsoring the "Southside 5K" to raise money for St. Jude Children's Hospital. Registration fees for the event are $25 for adults (18+), $15 for youth (ages 10-17), and any participants under age 10 are free. Groups of 20 or more can register for $20 per participant.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 21, 2012, on the John H. Daniel Campus, in Keysville. Check in begins at 8 a.m,. and the race begins at 10 a.m. Complete the online registration form linked below if you would like to participate in this event. A registration form must be completed by each participant, even if you are running as a group.
St. Jude will provide prizes for runners who also raise money for them: $35 gets you a St. Jude t-shirt; $75 gets you a St. Jude duffle bag; $150 or more gets you a St. Jude blanket. We have sponsor sheets for anyone who is interested, and will mail them to anyone who wants to raise additional monies for our event.
Payment may be made at the event. However, to speed up your check-in process, we suggest mailing your registration fee to 'Southside 5K, Southside Virginia Community College, 200 Daniel Road, Keysville, VA 23947.' Please note on the memo line the name(s) of all participants covered by the check amount.
