Free Business Training Program Offered
Do you have a spark, a creative vision? Want to grow that spark into a new business?
 United Virginia is proud to offer an in-depth training program designed to fully educate and empower you to be successful in starting your new business or growing your existing business. The curriculum we are using has a 45 year track record, with 54% of participants still in business 5 years later!
Classes will be held every Tuesday evening, 6:00 – 9:00 p.m., for 13 weeks at the John J. Cavan Workforce Center of Southside Virginia Community College, starting October 9th, featuring instructors skilled in marketing, finance, and business planning.
Those who successfully complete the entire UV training program may APPLY for BUSINESS LOANS.
This opportunity is FREE, but you must apply by September 19th! Thanks to generous support from the Department of Housing & Community Development and US Department of Agriculture, CLASSES & WORKBOOKS are provided at NO COST TO YOU! United Virginia is working with the Longwood Small Business Development Center, VA Tourism, VBDA, and Southside VA Community College to ensure this program is successful.
