'Taste of Brunswick Festival' Returns October 13th
 The Taste of Brunswick Festival will be held Saturday, October 13 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Southside Virginia Community College, Christanna Campus, Alberta. One of the highlights of the festival is the Brunswick Stew Cook-off and approximately 25 stew crews have put their hats in the ring to be declared the best in the very competitive cook-off.
Don’t miss this event attended by thousands each year. Admission and parking is free. Events include Car and Tractor Show, variety of entertainment including bluegrass bands, rides and games, tractor rides, horse exhibition and two performances of the Southern Express Equestrian Drill Team, Civil War Reenactment, Nascar simulator, stage coach rides, food, vendors, organ grinder, arts and crafts, Brunswick fest t-shirts and hats, Kids Pedal Pull, and plenty of good ole Brunswick Stew.
