to be proud is Marjorie Williams of Alberta who successfully completed the four-credit course, Principles of Real Estate.
Completion of the course enabled Williams to successfully take the Virginia Board Exam and receive her Real Estate License.
For those interested in learning new skills and enhancing marketability, SVCC is offering three classes in the fall semester. Principles of Real Estate (64693 REA 100 27) will be taught on Tuesday nights beginning August 25 at 6 p.m. Real Estate Brokerage (66676 REA 215 27) is also offered on Tuesday nights beginning August 25. This is a required class for Real Estate Agents before receiving their Real Estate Brokerage License. Real Estate Sales (66675 REA 110 27) will be offered beginning Wednesday, August 26 at 6 p.m. This class is offered to help the agent, broker and retail sales persons to become successful in the world of business.
Williams said, “I am taking the sales and marketing class this semester to enhance my skills in selling. It is fun to learn.”
